HWA Home Warranty
A home warranty is the low cost alternative to the high cost of home repairs. Home warranties provide Buyers with the comfort and security of knowing that they will not have to deal with the financial burden associated with the repair of a furnace, air conditioner, water heater, or some other major item or system. A home warranty is especially attractive to Buyers who expect to deplete much of their savings on the down payment for their mortgage loan, moving expenses, new furniture, and other things for their new home.
